What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?
ABA is an evidence based therapy that focuses on improving skill areas or behaviors, as well as addresses problem behaviors that are socially significant for the child and family. It applies effective teaching methodologies and interventions aimed to improve social interactions, acquire new skills and maintain positive behaviors for children, adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral disorders and challenges and mental health disorders.
In-Home & Community-Based Services
After completing the admission process, we conduct a functional assessment to address problem behaviors, as well as social and communication skill deficits and learning challenges that the child presents. Our team of Behavior Analysts and Assistants will then begin working closely with parents, caregivers and teachers to implement the behavior support plan to promote adaptive skills, maximize potential and bring lasting change for the child. Services will delivered in the comfort of the child's home, school or other community settings.
Insurance Coverage
Currently, we are only accepting Medicaid recipients with a referral from their PCP, Neurologist or Psychiatrist recommending Behavior Analysis. Referral must be in the form of a doctor's order and diagnostic report. For more information about the admission process, please contact us.
